Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through this store.

Contract

The presentation of goods is not a binding offer. By placing an order you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euro; shipping is added at checkout. Payment is due on ordering. Goods are dispatched from Germany.

What we sell

We sell premium home safes — electronic home safes, fire-resistant document safes, high-security and combined fire-and-security safes — with the bolt-down kits, dehumidifiers, liner mats and interior fittings to install and maintain them. The bolting-down, the rating basis and the install needs are stated on each listing.

Bolting down, ratings & keeping a safe

A safe only protects what's inside if it is installed right. Bolt a safe down to a solid floor or a load-bearing wall with the correct fixings per the instructions — a safe that is not fixed down can simply be carried away. Fire-resistant and security ratings describe performance under defined test conditions and are not a guarantee that contents survive every fire or every attempted break-in; a safe is not a substitute for insurance. Keep keys, codes and any override key secure and separate from the safe, and keep the lock battery fresh on an electronic model. CE marked where applicable.
